Where is the time!!!

Well, last week crawled and then the weekend came and went like “Speedy McFeely” (probably dating myself here…). At any rate I feel like I’ve been cheated. I’ve seen some good movies in the last 3 weeks and, while I had every intention of writing reviews this past week, I just haven’t had the time. That should change this week, I’m taking my birthday off and the next weekend is a long one.
In other words, I’ll have no excuse.
In other news, my beloved Golf has sprung a leak in it’s fuel injector pump. It’s not a crazy leak, in fact it only leaks when you try to start her up. But too much air is in the fuel system, and it’s enough to put her past the point that she won’t start. So unfortunately she will have to be benched until Mel and I can find enough scratch to fix her back up.
This translates to definite sadness in tadandmel-ville. We love the Golf a lot, what she runs on, how faithful she’s been… so it’s always a bummer when she isn’t running and I can’t fix her personally.
Oh well, she’ll get fixed eventually, it’s only a matter of time. At least the GGP (Go-Go Prius!!!) is running like a cheetah! So at least we can still get around in comfort and style 
.
That’s all for now I guess, we’re finally kicking our colds (I think), I noticed more birds singing this morning, and Mel noticed that the days are definitely getting longer.

Hello, you posted on our blog! Thanks! I thought I’d check your page out. Funny how much we have in common! Go biodiesel! We have a 1982 VW Rabbit pickup we will soon be using biodiesel in. I heard it is hard on the fuel injectors. There’s got to be a way around that.
