I think they call this stuff snow…

It’s funny how Mel and I lived most of our lives in New England, saw more snow than we knew what do with (it’s pretty much the reason why we moved south), and still get all nostalgic when we see it fall down here. It’s no different from what grew up with really, it’s just much less quantity-wise and much more dangerous to drive in.
We didn’t get much, but it’s been bitter cold, so, much of it is still on the ground all crusty and icy.
It’s fun watching the dogs out in it. Mathias is completely indifferent, borderline pissed, and Cadence is all “WHOOPEEEEEEEEEEEE!” jumping around like a crazy person.
Anyways, it was nice to have the rain/snow and it was kinda cool of Mother Nature to force us indoors for a calm and cozy weekend.
Now where’s that hot cocoa and peppermint schnapps… ah here it is!!!
