Well, it’s started folks. Mel and I have begun what will become a week long undertaking. We’re replacing the 90% of the carpets and 100% of our hardwoods with laminate. Oh yeah, and we’re painting pretty much the entire inside walls of the house. The plan is to start an online journal of the entire endeavor, with before and after pics. Look back tomorrow for the first entry: the reimagining of our bedroom! Pretty cool stuff, if a little exhausting… totally worth it though!

So check back, we’ve been hard at work but we are also on vacation. I’m aiming for something new everyday until next weekend.
